Carolina Herrera was born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1939, and originally rose to prominence due to her marriage to a daytime TV presenter in her home country. She was regularly named one of the best dressed women in the world throughout the 70s, and she decided to launch her own luxury clothing company based in New York City in 1980. Her famous clients down the years have included Jackie Kennedy and Renee Zellweger. Today the Carolina Herrera fashion brand has moved into producing fragrances, with the debut fragrance 212 launching in 1998 and the fragrance collection here at Fragrance Direct now includes fragrances from the Carolina Herrera perfumes, eau de toilettes and aftershaves range including 212 MEN, Chic, 212 Sexy, and 212 Sexy Men.
