How do keep track of my order’s status?
- Visit the Order Status Page
- Enter your order ID and mobile number/e-mail ID
Am I liable to pay shipping or delivery charges?
If the cart total is Rs. 1500 or above, shipping charges are entirely waived off from your bill. Shipping charges of Rs. 100 are otherwise applied. There are no delivery charges.
I received a tampered or opened package.
You are advised to not accept an open or tampered package. Raise a ticket with us by filling our Customer Support form with the order details or call us on our Customer Helpdesk. We will look into the matter immediately.
I not received my product yet.
Due to one of the many unforeseen circumstances, there is a possibility that your order gets delayed. We will send you an e-mail informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date.
Which courier company will deliver the product to me?
We are associated with a number of reputed courier partners. The courier service provider for your order is selected based on the delivery location.
I want to ship something abroad.
At the moment, we don't deliver products internationally right. We’d be more than happy to announce when we start shipping internationally.
Can I get a CoD option for my city?
At present, CoD option is available only for Mumbai Location. We have other payment options like Credit and Debit cards, and Net-banking. Feel free and safe to make use of the same.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Product returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible, one of our logistics partners will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our partners, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. If your replacement request is eligible for a replacement, the product will be replaced at no extra cost. Please refer our Returns Page carefully.
